The ILO/EVAL is seeking an international evaluation consultant to conduct an independent Mid-Term Evaluation of the project “Decent Work for Sustainable and Inclusive Economic Transformation in Mozambique (MozTrabalha) Phase 2.” The assignment spans approximately 45 working days between November 2025 and February 2026.
