The workshop aims to develop participants’ skills in designing and implementing budgeting to improve the efficiency of public spending by linking the funding of public sector organizations to the results they produce. It makes participants aware of the use of systematic performance information (indicators, evaluations, program costs, etc.) to establish this link.
