ILO/EVAL is looking for a consultancy firm to conduct the Final Independent Evaluation of “Sustainable Return and Reintegration through Employment-Intensive Infrastructure works” project in Somalia.
Please note that only applications from companies with a national evaluator hired by the company and who have access to the community for data collection will be considered in the selection process.
