The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the Global Fund) has issued the Request for Expression of Interest No. TGF-25-51, titled Evaluation of the integration of HIV, TB and malaria (HTM) services into national health systems within Global Fund investments.
An electronic version of the REOI is available in the Business Opportunities section of the Global Fund website.
For audit and efficiency purposes, this REOI process will be managed electronically. Bidders are required to submit their expressions of interest via the Sourcing Application.

Please ensure any request for a Supplier ID is submitted at least 48 hours before the REOI closing date, which is 3rd of November 2025 at 9:00 AM (local Geneva time).
It is the bidder’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Sourcing Application and instructions provided by the Sourcing department. We recommend allowing sufficient time for electronic submission to avoid any delays. Proposals submitted after the closing time may be rejected.
