The UNESCO Communication and Information sector is looking for a company to undertake the evaluation of the International Programme for the Development of Communication (IPDC). The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the relevance, efficiency and results of the IPDC and generate recommendations to inform future governance and implementation of the IPDC.
The company should have a proven record of evaluation in the field of human rights, freedom of expression and media development.
