Eval4Action warmly invites you to the Youth in Evaluation Forum 2026, the annual celebration of progress and partnership in advancing youth engagement in evaluation. This three-day online event will take place from 19 to 21 May under the theme: “Centering youth leadership in shaping the future of evaluation”.
The Forum is an opportunity to:
- Create an inclusive platform where youth voices actively influence how evaluation adapts to a complex and rapidly evolving development landscape.
- Celebrate Youth in Evaluation champions and draw inspiration from their success in advancing youth-inclusive evaluation practices.
- Advance dialogue on the Future of Evaluation by connecting young and experienced evaluators, regional partners, and global stakeholders.
The Forum kicks off with a global inauguration on 19 May, followed by a series of dynamic regional events hosted by Eval4Action partners on 20 and 21 May. The champions will be announced during the Forum, spotlighting exemplary practices in meaningful youth engagement. This year’s cohort joins a growing movement: we recognized 19 organizations in 2024 and 25 organizations in 2025. We look forward to seeing that momentum continue this May.

Youth in Evaluation Forum 2026 | 19 – 21 May 2026
The Youth in Evaluation Forum 2026 invites Eval4Action partners and the wider evaluation community to propose regional events under the theme: “Centering youth leadership in shaping the future of evaluation”. The Forum opens on 19 May with a global inauguration led by the Eval4Action campaign. This will be followed by 7 partner-led regional events on 20–21 May across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and North Africa, and North America.
To host a regional event, please submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) via this form by 21 March 2026. Please read the Guide for Organizers below before starting the application.
