The Asia Pacific Evaluation Association (APEA), in partnership with the Japan Evaluation Society (JES) and the Center for Evaluation (CEval) at the University of Saarland, Germany, is excited to announce the upcoming “5th APEA Conference & EvalVisionAsia 2025,” scheduled for November 11-14, 2025 in Tokyo, Japan. This year’s conference theme, “Institutionalization of Evaluation and Strengthening Capacity Building in Asia-Pacific,” will focus on using insights from over 50 country case studies across Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Americas, and Europe to empower countries and institutions to establish national M&E systems and robust MEL frameworks.
The conference will bring together experts from across the globe, adding an international dimension that will enhance its impact. Over four days, the event will feature workshops, keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking sessions, all aimed at advancing M&E practices in the region.
